I’ve found the cure for headaches! Kale chips (and 2 Advil).
On the menu tonight: garden omelets and kale chips. Tim was in charge of the latter. He started off by removing the stems from half a bag of kale (20-30 leaves). After layering the kale on a cookie sheet, he drizzled olive oil over the batch. (About 2 Tbsp.)
Sprinkle on parmesan cheese, oregano, and basil to taste. I had a great pic of Tim holding up the oregano and basil for the camera, but he thought he looked like a creepy circus angel. The picture was removed and held for blackmail. Maybe he’ll buy me gum next week, or a book.
Pre-heat the oven to 350• and listen to NPR while you’re waiting ;) We baked the kale for 15 minutes, but it needed a little more time. I suggest 17-18 minutes.
1 bag of Kale
2 Tbsp. Olive Oil
Grated Parmesan Cheese
Salt to Taste (*Optional)
